A proposal or quotation is non-binding unless it expressly states otherwise and is incorporated into documents executed by authorised parties.

The applicable signed short-form agreement, or master services agreement with statement of work or work order, controls a business engagement. The applicable consumer agreement, order confirmation, disclosures, and express choices control a consumer engagement. A signed change record may amend them only as those documents allow.

Those engagement documents determine scope, price, invoices, acceptance, warranty, support, suspension, cancellation, refunds, remedies, liability, data processing, security, and dispute terms. Mandatory Bahrain law and non-waivable consumer rights always remain applicable.

You may use the website to learn about Tech Lumen and contact us. You must not:

• Submit unlawful content, malicious code, false identity details, or another person's confidential data without authority
• Scrape, copy, or reuse protected site content beyond what law or written permission allows

For service work, the executed engagement documents identify the final client deliverables and the ownership or licence rights granted after full payment. Tech Lumen's pre-existing materials and general tools, and all third-party or open-source materials, remain subject to the rights stated in those documents and their applicable licences.

We publish a client name, logo, testimonial, case study, or identifiable project only under separate express consent covering that use.

This website page does not set a service warranty, acceptance test, liability cap, loss exclusion, refund entitlement, or remedy. Those matters are governed by the applicable signed engagement documents and mandatory law.

Nothing on the website excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
