How our pricing works

Price depends on scope, deliverables, acceptance evidence, platforms, integrations, dependencies, risk, and timing. We therefore issue a versioned quotation instead of a generic price list.

Unless it expressly says otherwise and is incorporated into executed engagement documents, a proposal or quotation is non-binding. A revised quotation does not change an existing engagement unless the authorised parties approve the change through the agreed process.

Before work starts, the parties sign the documents appropriate to the engagement. This may be a short-form agreement, or a master services agreement with a statement of work or work order. A consumer engagement also uses the applicable consumer agreement, order confirmation, pre-contract disclosures, and any express commencement choice required for that transaction.

Those executed documents, not this page, determine:

• Scope, exclusions, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Deposits, milestones, time-and-materials limits, recurring fees, and invoice dates
• Change control, cancellation, suspension, warranty, support, and remedies
• Source-code, intellectual-property, data, security, and handover rights

Depending on the work, the signed documents may use a fixed scope, controlled milestones, time and materials with an agreed budget, or recurring maintenance and support. The selected documents state when fees are earned and invoiced; no model is assumed from this page.

A scope or price change proceeds only through the authorised change process recorded for that engagement.

Quotations normally use Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Any other currency, exchange-rate treatment, applicable tax, and third-party cost must be stated in the approved quotation and invoice for that transaction.

Invoices may be paid only through the approved method shown on the invoice. Online card payment is offered only when it is enabled for that invoice. We never ask for a card number, payment token, or one-time code by email or chat.

Cancellation, earned fees, committed third-party costs, credits, and refunds are determined by the applicable signed documents and mandatory law. Business-to-business terms may differ from the non-waivable rights available to a consumer.
