The service is supplied by TECH LUMEN, an active Individual Establishment [Sijilli], CR 199243-1, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the Tech Lumen brand.

For the price shown at checkout, Tech Lumen provides:

• One personal website or portfolio built on the template you choose, with your colours and your content, in English or Arabic
• Responsive layout for mobile and desktop
• Help connecting one domain and publishing the website on a suitable free static host in your own account
• Handover of the finished website, its files and simple instructions for future changes and renewals

The offer does not include custom features, online payments or shops, logins, databases, writing or translating your content, logo design, or any work not listed above. These can be quoted separately.

The price is shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) before you pay. You pay once, online, through MyFatoorah. Your order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us; returning from the payment page does not confirm it.

We send a confirmation and receipt by email. Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout. We never ask for card details by email or chat.

Your domain and your hosting account are held in your own name and accounts. Tech Lumen does not hold them on your behalf and does not pay for them.

The first year of your domain is included in the price. If you ask us to register it, we register it in your own registrar account, with you as the registrant, using part of the price you pay. If you already own a domain, we connect it and no domain is registered.

Domain availability is checked automatically where the registry allows it. A name shown as available is not reserved for you until it is registered. Names we could not verify are confirmed by us before registration, and we will suggest alternatives if a name is taken.

From the second year, the domain renewal and any paid hosting are billed to you by the provider. You are responsible for renewing them. Free hosting plans are offered by third parties, can change, and are not guaranteed to remain free.

You provide accurate content, and photos, text and files you have the right to use. We build from what you submit and do not check it for accuracy or ownership. Delay in giving content or feedback delays delivery.

We aim to deliver the first version within 2 business days after we have received both your payment and your complete content. Delivery depends on the content being complete and, where you use a domain, on the registry and your registrar.

One round of basic edits is included: changes to the text, colours, photos and links on your chosen template, requested within 2 days after the first version is delivered. Switching template, adding sections or any larger change is treated as new work.

For 30 days after handover we fix defects in the website we delivered at no charge. Support does not cover changes you or others make afterwards, third-party services, or new features. Contact support@tech-lumen.com.

After full payment and handover, you own the website content you supplied and receive the delivered website and its files for your own use. Tech Lumen keeps its pre-existing tools, templates' underlying code and general know-how, and third-party fonts and libraries remain under their own licences.

At completion we give you the website files, details of the accounts that hold your domain and hosting, and simple instructions for future changes and renewals.

We publish your website or name as an example of our work only if you give separate written consent.

You may cancel before we begin building and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Once building has started, we review the work done and any amount already spent for you and refund the remainder where appropriate. Approved refunds are made manually to the original payment method in KWD. If your card or bank uses another currency, the amount you receive can differ because of exchange rates, which we do not cover.

Your rights under mandatory Bahrain consumer law are not affected. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to make a request.

We are responsible for delivering the service described here with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for loss caused by third-party services, your content, or events outside our control, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We use the information you submit to build your website, process your order and contact you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. Files you upload are stored privately and are used only for your order.
